That's how it is June 23, 2010. © Talon Truitt Cherry, All rights reserved In another place, another time, if felt compelled we could press rewind and go there, lets go there. In a playhouse made to clear our mind, No foolish pride or endless tide in nowhere, we’re no where. Well I don’t cry for the things I missed Grew up too fast that’s how it is I made my bed and threw my fist Still knowing that life would come to this In another time, another place If felt compelled we could change our face and be no one, we’re no one. In a playhouse made to stall the chase No bad men only heavens grace they’re no fun, its no fun. Well I don’t cry for the things I missed I’m grown up now and that’s how it is I wrote my list and made my wish Still somehow knew It would come to this I’m no one, just no one Well its alright cause that’s how it is I’ve lived my life for a lovers kiss I received my vows and lived my wish And thank god life has come to this
