Death August 7, 2009. © Talon Truitt Cherry, All rights reserved Crawl in deeper, and read my rhyme. Accused of murder, for killing time. Bring back life, with deaths new sound. Burry hope, six feet down. Make your way, on ground unknown. The things you say here, are set in stone. Don’t you dare fight, what you see right. Live for living, don’t live for light. The light will burn you, when your too close. The dark will hold you, Why? no one knows. Do you feel safe now? so cold inside. Be careful the words to which you confide. Run the blade through, and pull back fear. None can save you, your blood runs clear. Fallen victims, of suicide. Not so careful, so they all died. Swallow pride, spit out hope. Death is coming, so you must cope.
